My foundation of technical expertise stems from a hands-on troubleshooting and analysis background as well as a keen passion for what I do. Over the course of my early-beginning career in electronics and computers, I have developed a systematic logical analysis style of thinking. This allows for me to effortlessly acquire new skills and apply them to situations and imagine new ways to accomplish the task at hand that increase efficiency and productivity. I have been working with electronics all of my life, getting my first oscilloscope and Fluke multi-meter when I was only 8 years old. I have been a licensed amateur radio operator since I was 10.

  • Thorough with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creating custom solutions where not previously existed.
  • Strong logistics and analytical skills.
  • Breaking down complex problems into smaller tasks.
  • Ability to learn on the fly and on demand.
  • Reverse engineering of applications and code in unfamiliar languages.

If a solution does not already exist, I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and bring an imaginative solution to syntax and construct an application that allows most users to perform daunting tasks. I like to see a project or assignment from beginning to finish and collaborate along the way, allowing those involved to always knowing what is going on and bringing updates to those who need them. When situations become tense and critical, my productivity does not waiver and I am the lighthouse in the storm bringing a problem to a resolution. I always give my maximum, full steam, in any project, assignment, or task.

My experience in operating systems is quite extensive due to the variety of my interests and work experiences. I have personally used machines running everything from Microsoft DOS to Windows 3.1 all the way to Windows 7, including Windows Server 2003. I also have experience with Mac OS X, OS/2 Warp 3 and 4.x (client), System V UNIX, Irix, numerous distributions of Linux like Debian, Gentoo, Red Hat, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Mandrake, Fedora, Ubuntu, and more, and my personal favorite, FreeBSD.

Given my experience in the realm of malicious software, reverse engineering applications and code has been a hobby of mine. I can take a program, analyze it to extract the logical functions, and then construct an alternative or counter-application. Iím versed in the Python language, HTML and CSS, some bash scripting, some perl, and even some PHP.

If you are looking for a strong analytical engine with experience to bring to the table, then I will quickly become a valuable asset. Do not hesitate to contact me to discuss my background in more detail.
